Today, Wednesday, December 4, 2024, the committee appointed by law (Ministerial Decision 20883/ΓΔ4/Government Gazette 456, Vol. B΄/13-02-2020, Article 14, § 1, 2) convened to open the submitted offers for the educational trip of IB students to Paris (January 24–26, 2025). The specifications were posted on the platform of the Secondary Education Directorate (DDE) of Athens on November 28, 2024, and by the deadline (December 4, 2024, at 13:00), two (2) sealed offers were submitted:

• Manessis: €815 (Tribe Paris Clichy Hotel 4*) and €925 (Novotel Tour Eiffel Hotel 4*), Protocol No. 2824/04-12-2024
• Kefi S.A.: €860 (15 students) and €945 (12 students), Radisson Blu Boulogne Hotel 4*, Protocol No. 2825/04-12-2024

The Evaluation Committee, beyond considering the price, also assessed the quality and range of services offered, the credibility and reliability of the travel agency, the provided safety measures, its experience with school trips to the specific destination, and the guarantees for the claims made. The committee selected the offer from Manessis, priced at €815, at the Tribe Paris Clichy Hotel 4*.
